By way of personal background, I am originally from a small farm town outside Dayton Ohio. There I met my husband and moved to Virginia where we have lived for the past sixteen years with our two children. My first love has always  been oil painting;. Needing to channel my creativity in more practical manners, I obtained a degree in Graphic Design. I began to sell some of my paintings as a graphic artist . I eventually left  to become a mother and raise my children, I now do graphic design out of my home. When I am called to do so.

 After my children began school. I again began my love of painting. In 2005 some of my art work was shown at the Sage Moon Virginia Art Festival. Currently two of my paintings are on display (Inner Beauty and Young Goddess) at a Woman’s Medical Spa in  Charlottesville.
